At Serenity Healthcare Staffing Services, we have highly trained healthcare professionals who can offer comprehensive intellectual disabilities services. We provide one-on-one direct assistance and support for individuals and families affected by an intellectual disability. Through our services, we strive to help our clients achieve and/or maintain independence, productivity, and inclusion in the community.

Family Support Services
This service is provided to individuals who choose to remain with their families in community settings or those who choose to maintain independence in community settings.

Respite Care (24 Hours/Out-of-Home/15 minutes)
We provide respite services at all levels, provided it is permitted, in a general hospital or nursing home when there is documented medical need the individual has been approved for placement in a medical facility. The care rendered will be the same as those described under companion care, and is provided by staff who has had training and experience to appropriately address the needs of individuals being served.

Family Aide
This includes direct service in segments of less than 24 hours for short-term basis due to the absence or need for relief of those normally providing care. In this care segment, a family member who is not diagnosed as intellectually disabled may serve as a caregiver.
